Response #2: Focus on Characters
The second round of blog questions have now been posted. You can link to your novel’s page on the right hand toolbar, then respond to the questions by posting a comment. Responses should be 250-300 words in length, and make sure to support your opinions with proof from the novel. This week’s questions focus on characters. Responses are due on or before midnight of Friday, May 15. Enjoy!
Response #1: First Impressions
Your first response question has now been posted. Link to your book club page on the right hand side of this screen, read the question, then post a response in the comment box — it’s that simple!
Welcome Students
English 521 students: you have just embarked on a reading adventure — a book club. As part of this book club, you have been asked to make a minimum of 3 blog postings to this site. Questions will be posted each Monday for the next 3 weeks, and blog postings are expected to be posted by Friday at midnight of each week.
On the right hand side of this page you will find the title of your book. Click on the title and it will link you to a page where you and your fellow book clubbers will be required to post a 250-500 word response to the question posed by your teacher. My suggestion: write your response in a word processor, then copy and paste it into the comment box and post to the site.
Have fun, and check back to read what your fellow classmates have responded to the same question.
